WASHINGTON, July 19, 2007 — This table compares results of the Center's methodical evaluation of financial-disclosure laws that apply as of 2007 to Supreme Court judges in all 50 states. Center researchers examined disclosure requirements in each state’s Code of Judicial Conduct, as well as requirements in the state’s statutory ethics laws.
