Abbot Group is an offshore platform drilling contractor, operating in the U.K. sector of the North Sea. It is engaged in drilling rig design, construction and operation. The company's activities are centered around its operating subsidiary, KCA Deutag. KCA Deutag's primary role is as a drilling contractor.
