Dominion Resources is a fully integrated gas and electric holding company with operations conducted through four business lines. Dominion Energy manages the company's electric and gas transmission operations, certain gas production and storage operations, energy trading, marketing, hedging and arbitrage activities. Dominion Delivery manages the company's electric and gas distribution systems and customer services operations, as well as retail energy marketing operations. Dominion Exploration and Production manages the company's gas and oil exploration, development and production operations. Dominion Generation manages the generation of the company's electric utility and merchant fleet and its power purchase agreements.
