The company is an unincorporated investment trust that is engaged in the gathering, processing, and transportation of oil and gas production. The company owns and operated major facilities in two distinct segments of the midstream business: the Nevis and Fenn gas processing plants and gathering systems and the North, Boundary Lake and Blueberry oil pipeline systems. Each segment provides services to the areas in which they operate.
