ConocoPhillips is an integrated global petroleum company. The company's exploration and production segment explores for and produces crude oil, natural gas, and natural gas liquids worldwide. The midstream segment, which includes the company's 30 percent equity investment in Duke Energy Field Services, gathers and processes natural gas and fractionates and markets natural gas liquids. The refining and marketing segment refines, markets and transports crude oil and petroleum products, primarily in the U. S., Europe and Asia. The chemicals segment manufactures and markets petrochemicals and plastics on a worldwide basis mainly through the company's 50 percent equity investment in Chevron Phillips Chemical Company LLC.
